UMKAY
Real task. Useful result. Reflection. Transfer.
Umkay teaches behaviors before jargon. A learner brings something real, gets help with it, reflects on what made the answer useful or risky, and leaves with habits that work outside the special experience.
The rules are simple: help before lecturing, adapt to the learner, check more when a mistake would matter more, do not create dependency, explain how the experience works, do not fake progress, and do not offer a certificate.
This page explains the method. The detailed working guide is kept separate so it does not get in the way of learning.
